If your event is on the weekend, we usually setup between Wednesday and Friday. We will call
you 1 to 3 days before your event with a window of time that we will arrive to setup your party
equipment. You or your representative (18 or older) must be at your site when we arrive.

The site must be cleared of obstacles before we arrive. The customer will be responsible for labor
costs due to delays not caused by Sunshine Tent and Party personnel.

Limited access sites- If Sunshine Tent and Party cannot unload there vehicles at the exact
position that the tent or other party equipment is to be setup, or there are obstacles such as
decks, stair cases, walls, fences, hills, etc. Sunshine considers this a limited access site. Limited
access sites may require additional labor charges.


Non standard setups-Non standard setups such as tents setup over decks, patios, driveways,
rocky or loose soil areas, etc, may require additional labor charges.

If we deem that either of the above conditions are present at your site and we have not been
previously notified, we will notify you or your representative of any additional labor charges that
will be required. If you deem the additional labor charges are unsatisfactory we will return your
deposit minus any expenses we incurred attempting to deliver this equipment.

Inflatable amusements are usually delivered the day of the event by noon and picked up the
following day.
