To reserve your party equipment contact us. Do not send a deposit until you have checked with us that the equipment
you want is available for the date you want.

Deposits are fully refundable with a written notice of cancellation received by us at least 180 days prior to your event.
Any single item canceled without the 180 day notice will be charged from your deposit at 50% the items regular
rental rate itemized on the customers rental reservation confirmation letter.

For reservations made by check we must receive your deposit within 5 days from the day you place an order. If we
do not receive your deposit within 5 days of an order your order will be canceled without notice.

After receiving your deposit we will send you a letter of confirmation.
